Throughout the year we hold a variety of sales and promotions; any conditions that apply to a particular sale, promotion or giveaway will be set out below.

Every minimum spend requirement must be reached in AUD, only 1 offer can be claimed at a time. With Free Gifts with purchases, each order receives one gift. Any orders including pre-order items, we will hold your order and send it once the pre-order item is ready.

Sale and promotional items cannot be returned, except where a fault arose during manufacturing.

Where a discount code is needed, checkout allows just one discount code per order, including loyalty reward vouchers. If you apply a second code, it replaces the earlier one, and only a single code will be accepted.

During sales and promotional periods, shipping charges might be added on top of our usual postage fees.

Trove Gift With Purchase

Spend over $150AUD and receive a Free Trove Compact Mirror. This free gift can be had in store and online between 12pm AEDT 7th October and 11:59pm AEDT 31st October, while stocks last. It is not offered through our App. To redeem, add the gift to your cart; it cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, loyalty rewards included. Armadale Balloons

Save $15AUD when you spend $75AUD in-store. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the Armadale Store. A minimum spend of $75 applies. Charity/Awareness pieces and Gift Cards are excluded. The voucher runs from 9am on 12th September 2026 through to 11:59pm on 12th October 2026.

Scratch & Win Cards

A set dollar amount (AUD) is taken off your order, with a minimum spend of $50AUD. The code works once only and lapses 1 month after you receive it. It can't be paired with any other promo, loyalty points included. Use it in store or online. Because of donation requirements, Awareness, charity and collaboration pieces are not eligible. Gift cards are excluded.

MYSTERY PRODUCTS

Unless the product name says otherwise, mystery products are chosen at random and may come in any metal tone. They are picked as your order is dispatched, so specific customer requests can't be accommodated. Because these promotions are heavily discounted, Mystery Products (including studs, bracelets, charms etc) can't be returned, other than for a manufacturing fault.

Welcome to Franc $10 Off

First time purchasers get a $10AUD off code, usable in store and online, with a minimum spend of $50AUD. Register online and the code will be emailed to you! Type the code in at checkout, or show your email in store to use it. It can't be combined with other discount codes, and charity, awareness and collaboration pieces and gift cards are excluded.

It Girl Vanity Giveaway

Australian residents aged 18 years and over can enter the It Girl Vanity giveaway. Entries open at 3:30pm AEDT on 20th October 2026 and will close on 25 October 2026 at 11:59 pm AEDT. Participants must submit the online form and consent to Francesca Jewellery marketing emails. No purchase is required.

On 26th October 2026 one winner will be drawn at random and notified by email. The prize package includes the Hommey robe worn during the Francesca Trove campaign shoot, a $500AUD MECCA voucher, and a $500AUD Francesca Jewellery voucher towards the Trove Collection.

Vouchers can't be swapped for other items or turned into cash. The Hommey robe is not returnable. MECCA and Hommey neither sponsor nor partner with this giveaway.

Loyalty rewards can't be paired with any other promotion or discount. A loyalty rewards voucher is only valid on purchases of $50* or above (full details are in the list below). To keep your loyalty points valid, your loyalty account must show activity every 12 months. Stay active by buying something or redeeming a reward! The rewards program may be changed at any time. Loyalty vouchers can't be used towards shipping costs.

*Should your cart total be lower than the voucher you want to use (eg. $60 voucher, $50 purchase), the leftover voucher balance is forfeited automatically.

Points are not earned on GST and Shipping fees. Points are earned when Gift Vouchers are bought, not when they are used.

Loyalty Discounts:

- 200 points = $10 voucher

- 300 points = $15 voucher

- 600 points = $30 voucher

- 1200 points = $60 voucher

- 3000 points = $150 voucher

- 4000 points = $200 voucher

Mystery items you buy can't be returned, except for a fault from the manufacturing process. As they are heavily discounted, sales conditions apply. By design of this promotion they are ‘mystery’ items, so a change of mind does not allow for exchange or return. Since stock moves quickly, we can't promise that several styles will be in stock when you buy; if you purchase multiple 'mystery' items, you could receive similar or identical designs.

Gift cards expire 3 years after the purchase date, and store credits expire 3 years after the date they were issued. Either can be spent at any point during that period, sales and promotional periods included. Just type the gift card or store credit number into the discount code/gift card field at checkout. A gift card is treated like cash: if it is lost or stolen it won't be replaced, and it can't be refunded.

Pre-order items usually take around 8 weeks to ship from the purchase date, though every estimated dispatch time is stated in the product description.

When your order includes other pieces along with a pre-order item, the entire order is held and sent together with the pre-order piece. To get the other pieces sooner, we suggest placing separate orders.

We welcome honest customer feedback, whether positive or negative. We do reserve the right to delete reviews containing personal information, false claims, promotional content or offensive language.

A review will not be accepted or published when it talks about a different product or service from the one it is posted on.

Our team will do all it can to resolve problems you run into; customers are encouraged to update or delete their reviews depending on how things were resolved, but you do not have to.
